Lindsey received her Masters of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in May of 2020 after completing her clinical internship with RCC. She has experience working with elementary-aged students as a Therapeutic
Day Treatment counselor, where she utilized strengths-based and child-centered approaches to
provide support for children throughout the school day. Lindsey is passionate about working
with adults and children who experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma.
During a typical session, she will integrate mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative
techniques to support her clients in discovering their own inherent strengths, and work with them
to develop effective coping skills. Lindsey is LGBTQ-affirming. During her free time, Lindsey
enjoys practicing yoga, baking, and spending time outdoors.
