Pakisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Pakisha has worked with children, adults and families to empower them to cope with and overcome life challenges. She uses a person-centered, strengths-based and solution-focused treatment approach. She incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, creative/expressive therapeutic techniques and mindfulness into treatment. She has training in trauma-informed care and play therapy.
