Annie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults using a person-centered and trauma-informed orientation. In her practice, Annie integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, psychodynamic perspectives, and creative/play interventions.
Annie has experience treating adults in clinical and community settings including EAP, case management, and parenting work. She utilizes the most recent clinical research to inform her practice with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood swings, trauma-related symptoms, difficulty with focus and attention, and relational stressors.
Annie has also served children in a variety of community, school, and therapeutic settings. She enjoys allowing children and adolescents the opportunity to process stressors at their own pace and developmental level, while developing helpful coping strategies and positive view of self. Annie accepts commercial and medicaid insurance products.
