Background:
Ashley (she/her) is a graduate student pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Counseling. After spending time as a public school teacher, Ashley returned to the field of mental heath and has experience working in acute inpatient psychiatric settings offering assistance and support. She is passionate about pursuing a career in counseling so she can expand the marriage and family counseling opportunities available within the LGBTQ+ community. Ashley will be completing both her Practicum and Internship with Richmond Creative Counseling under the supervision of Sarah Kindig, LPC.
When not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, practicing with her band and singing in a local a capella group.
