David (pronouns: he/him) is a 2020 graduate of the Master of Social Work program at Virginia Commonwealth University and is now working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. His experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families who have experienced the stress, anxiety, confusion, and messiness that often accompanies addiction, grief & loss, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a wilderness therapy field guide in Utah, David witnessed the healing power of the natural world. In addition to traditional in-office and online counseling, he also offers nature and adventure-based sessions. David is LGBTQ+ affirming.
The convergence of our unique stories and the societal systems in which we live provides an incredible opportunity to explore strengths, supports, and challenges on the path of personal growth. David is passionate about helping people find connection and tap into their innate resilience as they travel on their journeys toward wholeness and self-discovery.
David's passions include bicycling, camping, kayaking, and tinkering in his shed.
