I am a registered Expressive Arts Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor who provides creative healing space for my Clients to work through challenges and develop strengths. I am deeply caring, warm, playful and innovative as I focus on ways to support my Clients' personal growth.

I graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2003 with a Masters in Counseling Psychology, Expressive Arts Therapy. For 19 years I have been providing services, as a LPC and REAT, in a variety of settings including substance use recovery programs for adults, wilderness therapy programs for adolescents and children, as well as, play based child and family therapy agencies.

My theoretical orientation and training includes play therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness approaches. I use creative, meditative and somatic approaches to integrate traumatic experiences. I use a person centered, attachment focused and neuropsychological lens to strategize treatment modalities.

I have extensive experience helping Clients reclaim their lives who are struggling with mood issues, developmental challenges/ ADHD, substance misuse, sexual trauma, and complex trauma. I am also culturally competent and support identity development related to race, ethnicity, LGBTQ+, and gender presentation/ transition.

I look forward to partnering with you and finding your healing path together.
