Intake Coordinator
Leonard (he/him) is a beloved member of the RCC Intake Team, serving as our Intake Coordinator. As our Intake Coordinator, Leonard's primary job duties involve connecting and matching individuals with appropriate providers based on their clinical needs, personal preferences, and insurance products. Joining in May of 2023, Leonard came to us with substantial experience in the health insurance world where he previously worked in Audits and Performance Measurement. Leonard studied Interdisciplinary Science at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is also actively engaged in a variety of extracurricular and professional activities. He currently serves as the General Manager of CLUBWAKA- Richmond, a social sports league program that offers opportunities to build connections and relationships around sports and social events. In his free time, Leonard enjoys playing sports, performing in a local acapella group, and spending time with his wife and his favorite four-legged friend, Luna.
