Background:

I am an LCSW trained in EMDR and passionate about working with trauma and addictions. I am focused on serving the adult population and pursuing certifications in sex education and sex therapy.

I lean towards Polyvagal theory, CBT, DBT, person-centered, and more holistic modalities in my practice.

The start of my career was spent in community outreach and a hospital setting in NJ. Here is where my decision to work with trauma and addictions began. This only bloomed further as I transitioned to working in a substance abuse IOP.

Creating a safe and comfortable environment for my clients is a big part of my work and I am an LGBTQIA+ competent and affirming clinician. I hope to achieve a sense of comfort and safety for clients in bringing a little bit of my personality into the therapeutic relationship.
