Vickie is a Billing Specialist with extensive insurance billing knowledge after more than 20 years of experience in direct billing and billing management. Before coming to RCC, Vickie was responsible for the operational oversight of a large team of coding and billing specialists in a corporate healthcare environment. Vickie has a strong familiarity with claims procedures, collections techniques, and customer account resolution. She is knowledgeable about preparing claims, processing payments, and accounts receivable. In her free time, Vickie is an avid camper who explores the great outdoors with her family every chance they have. She also loves crafting with her beloved Cricut machine and tools.
