Ysabell serves as the Administrative Director for Richmond Creative Counseling, overseeing the daily billing, intake, and front desk operations and personnel. Before coming to RCC, Ysabell spent nearly a decade in various roles at Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth centers, including Regional Manager with multi-state oversight. While there, Ysabell gained tremendous experience in both patient-facing and insurance-facing operations. Ysabell received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University and is passionate about making a difference in the mental health industry. She wholeheartedly believes in the importance of solid customer service and is eager to help RCC remain a leader in providing superior mental health services throughout the state of Virginia.
