Sarah Jones, LCSW
she/her

Sarah is able to provide licensure supervision for supervisees in social work pursuing their LCSW and can meet in person at our Willow Lawn office or virtually via Zoom on an as-needed basis.
What supervisees can expect...
Supervisees can expect a supportive, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment in which to grow both personally and professionally. Supervision is a space to explore your identity as a clinician, ask questions, and develop confidence in your clinical judgment and intuition. Sarah aims to create a collaborative relationship that empowers you to become a competent, self-aware, and ethical therapist.
Her supervision is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with attention to safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment. She brings experience working with adults facing complex trauma, substance use disorders, mood disorders, psychosis, and anxiety. Her supervision style integrates insight from these clinical areas while tailoring guidance to each supervisee’s individual learning style and goals.
