Licensed Mental Health Therapist- Eating Disorder Focus (posted July 19th, 2023)

Richmond Creative Counseling, LLC is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with expertise in the treatment of eating disorders (adults and adolescents) to join our practice in a hybrid virtual and in-person role. We are a cohesive team of clinically-diverse providers from various healthcare and mental health disciplines, including LCSWs, LPCs, LCP's, PMHNPs, Art Therapists, Play Therapists, and Registered Dietitians.
The ideal candidate would have a diverse clinical background, the training and skillset to treat all general mental health diagnoses, and training and experience in providing evidence-based psychotherapy to adolescents and adults diagnosed with eating disorders, disordered eating, or body image challenges.
Must be LGBTQ-competent and affirming and racially sensitive and competent. The minimum weekly caseload is 25 individuals and one evening IOP group per week (at our Bon Air office) with the option to see more individuals for higher compensation.
We offer annual salary reimbursement as W2 with paid time off (4 weeks), health/vision/dental benefits, Flexible Spending Account, an annual training budget, 401k with employer match, malpractice insurance coverage, a robust electronic medical records system with patient portal (InSync), laptop, integrated telemedicine for telehealth appointment needs, and all administrative/billing support necessary to simply show up and do the clinical work you love to do without chasing insurance claims.
Clinician will have the use of a furnished office (with creative license to add their own special touch) up to 3 days per week at our Willow Lawn location. The ideal candidate will already be paneled with insurances, though this is not a dealbreaker for the right clinician.
Reimbursement for CEDS supervision is available for this position.
***Must physically reside in Virginia or be willing to relocate. Must be actively licensed as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCP in the state of Virginia***
Salary: $90,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year
