If you are an established patient seeking additional services, please submit an intake inquiry through the patient portal. Upon logging into your portal, click "Messages," "Compose," and select "Intakes" as the recipient.
Prior to submitting your information, please read the items below as they contain important information regarding our intake process.
After submitting your request, you will be contacted via our secure patient portal with available scheduling options or, if necessary, to discuss being placed on our waitlist.
Please be sure to provide both the insurance type and accurate member ID or indicate if you plan to self pay. This will help better match you with a provider who accepts your specific insurance.
Note: None of our providers participate with Medicare, Virginia Premier Medicaid, or Aetna Better Health of Virginia Medicaid.
Failure to provide accurate insurance information at the time of scheduling may result in improperly billed claims and the clients' assumption of financial responsibility.
January 2022 COVID-19 Update: We continue to accept new appointment requests for all services and some providers are offering limited in-person sessions, however many providers continue to facilitate sessions primarily via a HIPAA-compliant Telehealth platform. When scheduling your intake, please discuss your preference with the intake coordinator.
