Autria Braz

Autria is the Director of Clinical Support Services and has been a valued part of RCC since September 2022. In her role, she leads our clinical support staff including the clinical assistants, front desk administrative assistants, the intake department, and the medical records team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations that center client care. She also serves as a clinical assistant to several of our PMHNPs herself, providing essential administrative support that allows them to focus fully on treatment.

With a strong background in healthcare, Autria brings experience from both medical and behavioral health settings, where she held both executive administrative and business development roles. Since joining RCC, she's stepped into a variety of positions, gathering firsthand experience into the needs and challenges of our front desk and intake teams. Additionally, Autria has received training to become a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Known for her quick thinking and deep dedication to service, Autria consistently goes above and beyond to make sure clients feel heard, supported, and prioritized.

Autria's experience makes her a great leader for our amazing clinical support team, a role she's excited to fill as her passion for uplifting those around her shines through everything she does.
