I chose Richmond Creative Counseling because I wanted to expand my knowledge of administration in a setting that offers a different perspective from the medical field. My experience working in medical offices taught me the importance of structure and policy, but at times, I felt limited by systems that left little room for a personal touch. I was drawn to Richmond Creative Counseling because of its welcoming, people-centered environment and the opportunity to contribute to a space where individuals feel valued and supported. I’m excited to grow professionally, learn new approaches to administration, and be part of a team that prioritizes connection, creativity, and compassionate care.
