Rafiya Mason

Rafiya (she/her) is RCC’s Systems Manager and a cherished member of our team. Since joining RCC in 2020 as one of our first hires during the COVID-19 pandemic, Rafiya has worn many hats, including front desk administrative assistant, patient registration and intake coordinator, and managed our medical records department. In learning the ins-and-outs of the administrative side of outpatient mental health, Rafiya has been instrumental in helping RCC's virtual operations and processes become more streamlined.

As Systems Manager, Rafiya focuses on supporting the daily tech operations of the practice. This includes maintaining internal systems workflows, troubleshooting tech-related issues, and supporting staff with the tools they need to provide seamless care. Rafiya ensures that technology works for the team, making things smoother, more efficient, and easier for both clients and clinicians.

A true multi-hyphenate, Rafiya’s background spans audio engineering, production assistance, caretaking, stage management, set design, and project management. She is also an accomplished classical guitarist and continues to provide audio editing and voiceover work for podcasts and audiobooks. Rafiya's claim to fame involves serving as an intern for the Howard Stern Show.
