Tiffany Taliaferro

Tiffany (she/her) is one of our amazing Billing Specialists. Having joined RCC in September of 2021, Tiffany has functioned in a few different roles to support our practice. As a Billing Specialist, Tiffany focuses primarily on resolving insurance claim issues, exploring insurance eligibility issues, processing payments, collections, and customer service. Although her job is challenging and often involves delivering unpleasant news about insurance denials that is beyond her control, Tiffany is never seen without a smile on her face and will go above and beyond to resolve issues within the confines of her ability to do so. Before coming to RCC, Tiffany gained significant experience in office management, billing, and customer service.
