Background:
Karlie is passionate about helping you let go of guilt and shame around eating so you can discover true food freedom. She believes that nourishing yourself should feel empowering, joyful and stress-free. Whether you’re hoping to build a more peaceful relationship with food, reconnect with your body, or explore changes in your health habits, Karlie offers compassionate guidance tailored to your unique needs.
Karlie uses a weight inclusive approach, which means she welcomes and affirms all bodies and does not assume that weight loss is necessary for health or happiness. Instead she focuses on health promoting behaviors that honor your body’s cues and needs, helping you feel at home in your body - whatever its size or shape. Karlie will meet you with openness and respect, supporting you in exploring your goals in a way that is safe, realistic and free from shame or pressure.
Through nutrition education and counseling, Karlie’s goal is to help you cultivate self-compassion, body respect and sustainable habits. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where your voice is heard and autonomy respected.
When sheʼs not working with clients, youʼll often find Karlie whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen, getting lost in a great book, or throwing herself into her latest hobby. She cherishes quality time with her family and friends, whether itʼs sharing a meal, enjoying a walk, or simply laughing together. These moments outside of work help her recharge and stay connected to the things and people she loves.
