Background:
Ashley (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who supports adults across a wide range of mental health concerns. She has experience in outpatient behavioral health and private practice, where she has helped individuals navigate gender identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance use.
Ashley takes an integrative and holistic approach, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and LGBTQIA+ affirming practices. She meets clients where they are, tailoring her approach to support each person in navigating life’s complexities.
Ashley believes that healing happens in safe, inclusive spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and validated. She is passionate about increasing access to mental health care and supporting clients in building resilience, deepening self-understanding, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of her clinical work, Ashley enjoys exploring local restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends.
