Audrey Leonard, LCSW

Audrey Leonard (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a collaborative, interpersonal, and dynamic approach to therapy. Audrey offers therapy to individuals throughout the life span from children, adolescents, teens, and adults. Over the past 12 years she has been providing mental health services to the Richmond community in a variety of settings including outpatient, community based programs, schools, residential programs, foster care, and hospitals.

Audrey is a strengths-based, trauma informed, person-centered, culturally competent, and LGBTQIA+ affirming provider, who strives to create an authentic and open space for all of her clients. She has specialized training in the areas of trauma, attachment, and mindfulness and uses elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems, expressive modalities, attachment theory, among others, in supporting clients through life's challenges and circumstances. Audrey enjoys working with people of all ages and is experienced in working with a wide variety of issues including, but not limited to, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, attention issues, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.
