Becca Lowe, MSW

Becca (she/her) is a Supervisee in Social Work providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She has worked in diverse clinical settings, including high-paced inpatient hospitals, outpatient practices, and community-based organizations. This experience contributes to her current approach, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to growth.

Becca works with both adults and kids, ranging in age from 4 to 65. She believes that therapy is most effective through a collaborative partnership—where clients' unique stories are met with warmth, energy, and clinical expertise to create a personalized path forward. Her approach is grounded in the belief that we don’t exist in a vacuum; our mental health is a reflection of how we fit into the world around us.

With all clients, Becca aims to provide counseling that is both supportive and active. She structures sessions to be a place where you can not only reflect on the past but also build the tangible skills needed to move forward with confidence. She places tremendous value in the power of human connection, and strives to make the therapeutic process feel less intimidating and more like a natural step toward the life you want to lead.

When she's not working, Becca spends her time playing sports, coaching field hockey, and working in her yard. She has a soft spot for animals, is fascinated by all nature, and seeks to continue learning wherever possible.

Becca is currently working toward licensure as an LCSW under the supervision of Kristin Dahland, LCSW.
