With over a decade of experience spanning clinical therapy, non-profit, community base and organizational leadership, my practice is highly integrative and culturally responsive. Serving clients across the lifespan (ages 5+), couples, and families, I utilize a robust clinical toolkit—blending evidence-based models like CBT, TF-CBT, and DBT with systemic frameworks like the Family Systems Theory. Whether navigating trauma, neurodivergence, or burnout, I am deeply passionate about normalizing mental health, dismantling systemic barriers, and increasing accessibility to high-tier care for men of color.
