Background:
I love working with people navigating life's messier moments and the kind of change that turns everything upside down before it gets better. My approach is grounded, practical, and more than occasionally includes laughter. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to be real with them, and I believe that humor and healing are not mutually exclusive.
My clinical work is rooted in somatic and nervous system approaches, teaching you how to pay attention to what your body already knows alongside what your mind is working through. As a trauma-informed therapist, I draw on somatic techniques, DBT skills, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients build resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and make sense of how their history has shaped the way they move through the world today.
My background spans over a decade of work across in-home counseling, middle and high school settings, and private practice. I've had the privilege of sitting with people through some of life's most challenging moments across many different settings and stages of life.
I will meet you exactly where you are and help you learn to be curious about yourself.
