Hannah White, LPC

Hannah (She/Her) is an empathetic and passionate counselor who is dedicated to supporting individuals from all backgrounds. She believes in the importance of building a strong, trusting therapeutic bond to create a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their challenges and begin their journey toward healing. Hannah is committed to helping clients develop the tools they need to live fulfilling, empowered lives.
With a client-centered approach, Hannah utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities, including Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, and Strengths- Based Therapy. She tailors these approaches to each individual, ensuring sessions align with their unique needs, goals, and experiences.
Hannah works with a broad age range, from adolescents (14 and up) to adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and other emotional struggles. Her experience spans outpatient therapy, residential treatment for eating disorders, psychiatric state hospitals, and providing family support in home-based settings. She is especially passionate about helping clients navigate their struggles while empowering them to understand and embrace their authentic selves.
