Lindsey Thomas, LCSW

Lindsey Thomas (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with individuals, couples, families, and co-parents navigating relationship challenges, emotional distress, and major life transitions. Her work is grounded in a systems-oriented perspective, helping clients understand how family dynamics, attachment experiences, and patterns of communication impact emotional wellbeing and connection.
Lindsey works extensively with couples and individuals around relationship and sexual concerns, including intimacy difficulties, compulsive sexual behaviors, sexual dysfunction, communication challenges, infidelity, and relational conflict. She has specialized training in Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and is currently pursuing advanced training in sex therapy and sexual health. Lindsey also offers couples intensives and relationship-focused workshops designed to support deeper and more focused relational work.

She enjoys working with adolescents and families navigating anxiety, school-related concerns, family conflict, differentiation, and emotional regulation. Lindsey has a particular interest in supporting teens and young adults as they develop greater autonomy, identity, and healthier relational patterns.
In addition to therapy, Lindsey provides co-parenting and divorce mediation services focused on reducing conflict, improving communication, and increasing stability for children and families during periods of transition.

Lindsey’s therapeutic style is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in empathy. She integrates psychodynamic, attachment-based, and family systems approaches to help clients develop deeper insight, healthier relationships, and more meaningful ways of engaging with themselves and others.
