Lindsey Thomas (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a diverse range of expertise in supporting individuals, families, and couples through life's challenges. With specialized training in Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and perinatal mood disorders, Lindsey is well-equipped to address relationship concerns, parenting challenges, emotional difficulties, and transitions during major life changes. She also has training in discernment counseling, which can help couples navigate complex decisions about their relationship, and is skilled in addressing school-related concerns in children and adolescents, making her a versatile resource for those dealing with both personal and family-related issues.
Lindsey’s experience spans a variety of settings, from working as a school social worker to supporting veterans, and providing private therapy for individuals and families. She has worked adolescents, children, and adults, and is particularly passionate about helping families and couples work through communication challenges, parenting issues, and relationship difficulties.
