Mackenzie Neylon, LCSW

Mackenzie (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. She provides a space that is both validating and structured, allowing clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

She enjoys working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders — including Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) — as well as individuals navigating major life transitions. Mackenzie approaches complex emotional experiences with empathy, clinical insight, and respect for each client’s unique story.

Her therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. Mackenzie believes meaningful change occurs when clients are active participants in their care, and she works closely with each individual to identify goals, build insight, and develop effective coping strategies. She draws from evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to tailor treatment to each client’s needs and support lasting emotional growth and stability.
