Sabrina Barillas, LCSW

Sabrina Barillas (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with preteens, teens, young adults, and adults. She has experience providing therapy and case management in a variety of settings, including inpatient and residential programs, community-based services, and a university advocacy center.
Sabrina uses a blend of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused approaches to meet clients where they are. She enjoys supporting people working through depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, body image issues, disordered eating, and trauma. Her approach is trauma-informed and culturally competent, always grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a healthy dose of humor when the moment calls for it.

As a first-generation American, Sabrina brings a deep understanding of cultural identity, life transitions, and the importance of feeling truly seen. She offers a warm, calm, and sometimes delightfully silly presence—helping clients feel safe, supported, and maybe even smile a little while doing the hard work of healing.
In her free time, Sabrina loves cuddling with her fur babies, getting lost in a good book, flowing through yoga, and chasing new adventures!
