Background:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work with clinical experience and interest working with a broad range of clients who may be at different stages on their mental health journey. I work collaboratively with clients to come to a shared understanding of their therapeutic goals, while creating space to ensure quality care, support, healing and growth. After taking time away from active therapeutic work to raise my family, I am returning with renewed excitement and evolved life wisdom as an LCSW with RCC.
My areas of interest include working with pre-teens, teenagers and young adults as they navigate interpersonal relationships, the pressures of social media, academics, athletics, peer dynamics and internal/external circumstances that exacerbate feelings of anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with clients that would describe themselves as highly sensitive and/or empaths as well as those struggling with internal core feelings of self-doubt, low self-esteem/worth and those struggling with questions of spirituality, identity and may be feeling stuck or burned out.
Other areas of interest include grief and loss, women’s issues, LGBTQ+, codependency, mind/body connection, unique struggles as it relates to teenage boys, and supporting people toward finding and connecting with the healthiest version of themselves.
